Based upon methodology first taught at Stanford University’s famed Creativity in Business Course (CIB), the 8-week program is designed to take kids and teens on a profound journey into unearthing their creativity, tapping into their purpose, and thereby activating their full potential. Using practical tools and techniques the CIJ Insight For Life Instructor will empower kids and teens to step into their authentic true selves.

Meet Me
Kelly Carter has had an extensive background in training, teaching, coaching, and managing. At 17 years old she was running the Images department of a national tabloid. From there she moved on to run the Production Department for a nationally-syndicated, television production company. Sales became the next calling as she worked for several years in the IT industry selling computer and information technologies and services. She quickly became the go-to person to train all of the new hires. People have naturally gravitated into her space seeking answers or new directions for growth.
Prior to leaving her JOB and to support her through the transition, Kelly spent time working on several projects including social media marketing and local/mobile marketing for select clients. With a strong theater background and a true thespian by nature, she has always enjoyed the stage. Working with people who want to better themselves and teaching people who want to learn is a passion for her. She retired from Corporate IT Sales in 2008 to pursue a more fruitful and entrepreneurial life that would include becoming a speaker, trainer, coach (certified by both International Coaching Federation and Stanford University’s CIJ Clarity Catalyst), as well as a certified hypnotist.
She comes highly requested to assist various National Speakers for event coordination, coaching and back of the room sales. Highly skilled at rapport building, persuasion and influence, and enrollment, Kelly quickly becomes instrumental to an event's overall success. She can: run interference for the speakers or event host, provide necessary event enhancing feedback, be available for meals and/or one on one coaching or strategy sessions, manage the sales table and/or team as well as introduce and MC for the event. Her own coaching, informational products, and live events can also be offered from the stage or she can also present others' products and services.
Kelly specializes in various genres of coaching. She has coached many in entrepreneurial pursuits, real estate investment, and marketing, After becoming an author in 2017, now known as “The Manifestologist”, Kelly Carter shifted her main focus to serve people who are looking to create abundance specifically in the expansion of wealth. Kelly gets results by inspiring the creation of additional finances… anything from simply extra play money all the way to legacy building for the future.
